Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Officer to manage visa-related processes and government liaison tasks efficiently. This role involves handling full-cycle residence visa processing, maintaining meticulous documentation, ensuring compliance with various government agencies, and supporting employees with related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete processing lifecycle of residence visas for employees, including broker cards and Emirates IDs, ensuring streamlined and effective submission.
- Organize and archive company and employee documents in both digital and physical formats.
- Handle RERA license applications and renewals.
- Resolve issues related to multiple government portals and authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, Civil Defense, Municipality, DHA, ICA, and DED.
- Generate government receipts for accounting and forward them to the Accounts department.
- Track visa expirations for employees and prepare HR orders, policies, and related documentation.
- Assist staff and company with requests including Salary Certificates, NOCs, translations, notarizations, and Police Clearances.
- Act as the main liaison for employee visa concerns.
- Maintain an accurate filing system for employee records and documents.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Public Relations Officer role or a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experienced with work-related online government portals.
- Strong understanding of different visa types, application procedures, and immigration regulations specific to the Mainland UAE.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Creative problem-solver.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Emiratisation procedures is mandatory.
