Job Overview

The Light Driver is tasked with the safe conveyance of passengers, goods, or documents using light vehicles, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and organizational policies. Reliability, timely service, and fundamental maintenance awareness are crucial for this role.

Key Duties

• Operate light vehicles to transport employees, clients, or materials securely
• Adhere to schedules ensuring punctual pick-up and delivery
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company protocols
• Maintain cleanliness, refuel, and ensure good working order of the vehicle
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections including oil, coolant, tires, and brakes
• Promptly report incidents such as accidents, damages, or mechanical faults
• Keep detailed records of trips and delivery logs
• Support loading and unloading tasks when necessary

Requirements

• Holds a valid light vehicle driving license
• Previous experience as a light driver is preferred
• Well-versed with local road networks and traffic regulations
• Skilled at reading maps and navigating via GPS or related applications
• Physically capable to work flexible hours as needed
• Strong communication and effective time management abilities
• Displays honesty, dependability, and professionalism
