About the Role

Paperless Business Solutions seeks an experienced and well-organized Public Relations Officer (PRO) to oversee and manage government-related documentation and processes for both the company and its clients. This role demands comprehensive understanding of UAE government regulations, visa procedures, licensing, immigration, labor affairs, and business establishment procedures, coupled with strong communication and diligent follow-up capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and oversee government dealings and transactions for the organization and its clientele.
  • Manage visa applications including issuance, renewals, cancellations, and status changes, along with related immigration processes.
  • Handle new company registrations, license renewals, amendments, and other essentials of business setup.
  • Liaise effectively with UAE government bodies such as GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, DED/DET, Free Zone authorities, and other regulatory entities.
  • Prepare submissions including applications, required forms, and supporting documents accurately.
  • Monitor application progress and ensure all governmental processes conclude within stipulated timelines.
  • Manage establishment cards, immigration records, labor documents, and other official paperwork.
  • Provide clients with guidance and timely updates on government procedures and application statuses.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy of all documentation in line with UAE regulations.
  • Maintain organized records for approvals, renewals, applications, and government correspondence.
  • Track expiration dates for licenses, visas, establishment cards, and other critical documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, government authorities, and clients to resolve procedural issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed on the latest amendments to UAE government policies, regulatory procedures, and digital platforms.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in UAE as a PRO, Government Relations Officer, or a comparable position.
  • Thorough knowledge of UAE’s immigration, labor laws, licensing, and governmental processes.
  • Proven experience interacting with authorities such as GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, DET/DED, and Free Zones.
  • Good insight into the UAE's business formation and company setup protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and authority interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills, with emphasis on follow-up and time management.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple applications and meet strict deadlines simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
  • Possession of a UAE driving license is preferred.
