Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm hospitality and attention within assigned public spaces.
• Proactively identify and address guest needs, owning and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction, adding personalized touches when suitable.
• Keep hotel public washrooms tidy and replenished; perform regular inspections of all public areas.
• Carry out cleaning and self-assessment of public areas according to Four Seasons' exacting standards.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in housekeeping roles within 5-star luxury hotels.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring high cleanliness and presentation standards.
