Overview

Join ServiceTitan as a ProProduct Sales Development Representative and become a key contributor in empowering our existing customers to enhance their ServiceTitan experience by adopting advanced Pro modules. This role focuses on driving growth and increasing product adoption by engaging with current clients and uncovering new value opportunities for their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline by connecting with existing customers and arranging demonstrations to introduce add-on products through Pro Account Executives.
  • Execute a high volume of outbound engagement, including approximately 30 calls per day complemented by personalized emails.
  • Develop genuine customer relationships to uncover needs, establish trust, and drive meaningful sales conversations.
  • Discover customer pain points and clearly convey how Pro modules can offer significant solutions and improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Pro Account Executives to support communication strategies and assist in closing deals by providing detailed discovery documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities and data entries to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Support weekly campaign reporting, respond to ad-hoc requests, and act as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as Pro Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in sales or customer success roles, particularly with a focus on cross-selling or upselling products.
  • Have a minimum of 12 months of experience in making outbound sales calls.
  • Be willing and able to travel within the country for onsite visits approximately 30% of the time.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with a professional and approachable phone presence.
  • Demonstrate resilience in handling objections and effectively presenting the value propositions of add-on products concisely or in depth as needed.
  • Show a strong work ethic, social intelligence, ambition, and a cooperative team-oriented mindset.
  • Adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • An expected hourly wage of approximately 29 Canadian dollars, inclusive of commission eligibility.
