Proposals Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-driven and ambitious Proposals Specialist to support our Sales and Client Segment team in Dubai. This role is geared toward Emirati nationals interested in launching a career in the insurance and risk management sector. The specialist will coordinate proposal activities to ensure timely, high-quality submission of proposals.

Key Duties

• Manage proposal timelines by coordinating priorities, target dates, and submission milestones.
• Collaborate with contributors, project managers, and stakeholders to collect necessary information and clarify roles.
• Assemble and organize proposal documentation, including supporting materials and final submission packages.
• Assist in gathering project information such as scope, deliverables, methods, timelines, staffing, and budgets while maintaining detailed tracking logs.
• Review and proofread proposal texts, graphics, and presentations, ensuring proper formatting and overseeing final production steps.
• Maintain and update proposal templates, manage databases, version control, and uphold standards.
• Facilitate the approval process by scheduling reviews, consolidating feedback, tracking sign-offs, and providing status reports.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Possess a bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, product design, journalism, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or those nearing graduation are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellent service delivery.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively within a team environment.
• Creative and innovative in conceptualizing and delivering designs.
• A meticulous approach to producing visually appealing, high-quality designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of insurance industry terminology and standard processes is advantageous.

Work Environment
