Job description
Role Overview
Join ACC New Zealand in Wellington as a Property Project Manager, overseeing comprehensive property projects including office relocations, fitouts, refurbishments, and new builds. Collaborate with a national Property team contributing to workplace strategy while delivering modern and safe work environments that support ACC's mission to keep New Zealanders safe across various settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage entire lifecycle of property projects nationwide, from initial project scoping and design through to practical completion.
- Deliver workplace fitouts, relocations, and refurbishments aligned with ACC’s workplace strategy.
- Collaborate closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience managing property-related projects within large corporate, complex, or public sector organisations.
- Proven leadership in workplace design and implementation of flexible workspace initiatives and associated change management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project planning, scheduling, delivery, and governance best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple competing priorities effectively.
- Must have valid work rights in New Zealand at application time.
