Role Overview
This full-time Property Manager position, based on-site in Gawler South, involves overseeing an open portfolio of residential properties. Responsibilities include managing leasing operations, performing routine inspections, and handling tenancy agreements and renewals. The role requires responding promptly to inquiries from owners and tenants, arranging maintenance and repairs, and maintaining properties to high standards.
Additional duties involve conducting rent reviews, managing arrears, and maintaining accurate documentation compliant with legislation and agency processes. The Property Manager will work closely with sales and administrative teams, regularly updating property owners and contributing to the growth and retention of the rental portfolio.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in property management or real estate, with solid understanding of South Australia's residential tenancy laws.
- Familiarity with property management software and digital tools alongside strong administration and record-keeping capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster constructive relationships with owners, tenants, and colleagues.
