Property Executive

Role Overview

The Property Executive will support the Building Manager with day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with regulations. This role requires managing subcontractors and overseeing facility management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Manager in daily operational activities.
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all sub-contractors and facility management operations to ensure legal compliance.
• Prepare monthly reports and incident documentation related to the site(s).
• Maintain smooth site operations.
• Lead and manage ad-hoc projects.
• Conduct incident investigations when required.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities or property management.
• Diploma in Facilities, Building, or Property related disciplines.
