Job description
Position Overview
The Facility Coordinator will provide essential assistance to the Facilities Manager and Facilities Management team by facilitating the implementation and management of facility operations at assigned sites. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, safety, maintenance, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Facilities Management team to ensure the site portfolio adheres strictly to all applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Help maintain a secure, healthy, well-maintained environment that meets the performance criteria and standards defined by the project.
- Assist in prompt and effective response to any risks, hazards, incidents, or emergencies impacting the site within authorized limits.
- Contribute to executing the Site Facilities Management and Operations Plan, including regular inspection and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and assets.
- Manage relationships and administration with suppliers for all contracted services and supplies relevant to the facility.
- Assist in preparing and delivering various reports such as site status, performance metrics, incident logs, financial tracking, and service delivery updates for internal and client stakeholders.
- Support budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting activities concerning operational and capital expenditures.
- Assist with procurement processes including work orders, purchase requests, and support vendor payments when required.
- Help maintain thorough administrative control over documents, manuals, plans, guidelines, and related records pertaining to facilities management.
- Maintain and enhance customer engagement by meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction performance targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned consistent with business needs.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years of experience in roles focused on customer service or customer interaction.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, with multilingual skills considered an advantage.
- Proven track record of contributing effectively within high-performing teams.
