Projects Sales Manager - Western Region

Primary Responsibilities

• Be jointly responsible for achieving overall country results and provide leadership within the organization.
• Actively participate in strategic planning to develop this sales channel effectively.
• Deliver on the Sales Mission aligned with corporate goals and set KPIs.
• Manage and document project specifications within the Grohe project management system.
• Regularly coordinate with the Line Manager to align on mid and long-term country strategies and ensure these are implemented according to corporate guidelines.
• Supply detailed information and analysis that supports strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Identify and target key channels within the region for project business, specifically focusing on:
  • Hospitality segment targeting hotel architects and designers.
  • Residential segment targeting architects and developers.
  • Healthcare segment targeting architects and property owners.
  • Commercial segment targeting architects and developers.
• Accurately forecast project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects in the country.
• Develop and uphold a database of all key project contacts in the region and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required; an MBA is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Experience

• Between 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role within a comparable industry.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and highly competitive environment while maintaining high standards of quality and reputation.
