Projects Manager

Job Overview

Aseel Holding is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee medium-scale projects from initial planning all the way through to completion at their Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• At least 10 years of significant experience managing projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling medium-sized construction or real estate development projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Saudi market, including familiarity with local regulations, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Key Competencies

• Confident leadership skills paired with strong decision-making abilities.
• Capable of managing and coordinating multiple stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• In-depth knowledge of project planning, design coordination, tendering, budgeting, execution, and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in controlling project timelines, budgets, quality standards, risk management, and deliverables.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred but not mandatory.
