Job description
Role Overview
This position is dedicated to fostering a transparent and equitable workplace by managing employee grievances and the performance management framework (PMF) from start to finish. In addition, the role supports daily department operations, including canteen billing through SAP, managing Digital Notice Board (DNB) systems with external suppliers, and serving as the safety coordinator.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire grievance management process, including regular and harassment-related cases, ensuring cases are documented, followed up, and closed within policy guidelines.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely and fair resolution of employee-related issues.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) associated with Digital Notice Boards, supervising installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED displays and related equipment.
- Liaise between vendors, IT, and site teams to promptly resolve faults and maintenance requests concerning DNB systems.
- Administer monthly canteen billing operations for 52 locations, including processing all related RO, SES, and billing documentation within SAP software, ensuring verification and payment cycles are completed efficiently.
- Support and conduct MSA audits to monitor compliance requirements, corrective actions, and provide consolidated monthly audit reporting.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree, preferably an MBA in Human Resources.
- Between 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
