Your Role
This Support Worker position at Upper Park Road, Camberley, Surrey, offers a meaningful career opportunity dedicated to positively impacting the lives of those you support. Whether you have prior experience as a Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or are new to social care, your values are what matter most to us.
- Support people in our supported living environment offering private flats with continuous support tailored to daily living, home maintenance, and personal development goals.
- Foster opportunities for engagement in meaningful activities to enrich life experiences.
- Support involvement in community life, leisure, social activities, and celebration of special occasions.
- Utilize appropriate communication methods adapted to individuals’ needs, assisting them in effectively interacting with others.
- Work rotational shifts totaling 37.5 hours per week.
