Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams involving electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical engineering domains.
• Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, execution, and closing activities.
• Foster a safety-first culture while ensuring quality outputs throughout project execution.
• Execute commercial management responsibilities such as budgeting, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Supervise and maintain project schedules utilizing project control tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Develop and sustain trusted relationships with clients to promote repeat business and expand growth opportunities.
• Contribute strategically to business development efforts and assist in bid preparation to position Jacobs advantageously in the marketplace.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience managing engineering projects within transmission, distribution, industrial, or generation sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multidisciplinary engineering design project teams effectively.
• Strong commercial insight with experience in budget management, contract oversight, and risk control.
• Leadership skills that emphasize safety, team productivity, and quality project outcomes.
• Capability to establish and maintain robust client relationships in consulting or project delivery contexts.
• Familiarity with project controls and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
