Project Manager – Solar EPC

About the Role

This senior operational position at Solar Connect involves overseeing the entire project delivery process for solar EPC projects, from sales handoff to KSEB net metering, managing 30 to 45 projects monthly, with direct reporting to the Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and maintain oversight of all ongoing solar installations.
• Distribute tasks among engineers and supervisors working on various sites to ensure efficient deployment.
• Manage coordination with KSEB inspections, MNRE compliance requirements, and external vendors or subcontractors.
• Closely monitor project expenditures compared to budget estimates and provide weekly reports to senior management.
• Address issues and escalations related to installations together with the Service team after project completion.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Have between 5 to 10 years of experience specifically in Solar EPC or electrical project management.
• Capable of managing more than 10 projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on familiarity with Kerala regulations such as KSEB, ANERT, PM Surya Ghar is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with ERPNext or similar ERP software would be beneficial.
