Site Supervisor – Solar Installation

Job Overview

Solar Connect undertakes 30 to 45 rooftop solar installations monthly and seeks seasoned Site Supervisors to oversee daily on-site installation activities, coordinate labor, and maintain stringent quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise rooftop solar installation teams across Trivandrum sites.
• Verify the receipt of materials and ensure proper installation of modules, cabling, and earthing systems.
• Strictly enforce safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and fall protection measures.
• Provide daily progress updates to the Project Engineer.

Qualifications and Experience

• ITI or Diploma holder in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in site supervision within solar EPC or electrical contracting sectors.
• Capability to manage teams consisting of 4 to 8 workers effectively.
• Possession of a valid driving license; having own vehicle is advantageous.
