Role Overview

We seek an experienced Project Manager based remotely in the UAE to lead the complete delivery lifecycle of liquid cooling projects spanning enterprise IT, AI, and high-performance computing systems. This role involves coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet business objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, daily execution, coordination with subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Provide independent design validation and technical support to ensure all project designs meet specifications and industry standards.
• Manage allocation and efficient use of resources including ASP, materials, and equipment.
• Control project budgets, monitor expenditures, and adjust to prevent cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.
• Maintain direct client communications to understand requirements and report project status.
• Identify potential risks such as delays or cost issues and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or comparable experience with at least five years in project or program management related to data centers, cooling, or complex technical deployments.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles and practical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%, with a valid passport and driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with technical design for data centers and/or liquid cooling systems.
• Field engineering experience in a related area.
• Knowledge of sales and deployment processes coordinated between various internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiar with interpreting and creating P&ID drawings, 2D and 3D mechanical models, including review and approval capabilities.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg occasionally.

• Technical expertise in cooling systems, heat transfer, and mechanical design principles.
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to both internal teams and customers.
• Organizational ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Collaborative skills to lead and coordinate efforts among multiple stakeholders.
• Independent problem-solving with capacity to assess risks and propose mitigation plans.
