Role Overview
As part of the growing Operations & Innovation department based in Cork, this full-time permanent role (37.5 hours per week) requires a hybrid presence with two days in the office weekly. The Project Manager will oversee project delivery, lead process enhancements, manage application rollouts, and support operational activities to improve efficiency and nurture innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing projects by planning, coordinating, and monitoring to ensure their successful and timely completion.
- Preparing comprehensive project documentation, reports, and regular updates for key stakeholders.
- Evaluating current processes to identify areas for workflow improvements and introducing automation solutions utilizing AI, Power Platforms, or other technological tools.
- Leading the rollout of new applications within the firm, including coordinating training and user support to maximize adoption.
- Assisting the Director of Operations and Innovation with daily operational tasks and contributing to various initiatives and ad hoc projects.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Prior experience in project coordination, management, IT, or programming roles.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a strong drive for improving operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of process mapping, automation tools, and application deployments is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborative team work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, AI technologies, and automation tools.
- Understanding of AI governance frameworks and related regulatory compliance.
- Experience driving organizational change initiatives.
- Exposure to SharePoint, workflow management tools, and knowledge management systems is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities effectively.
- A genuine interest in technological innovation affecting business operations.
