Project Manager - Oracle Cloud Financial Transformation

Overview

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS), is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading Oracle Cloud financial transformation projects, allowing the successful candidate to collaborate with skilled professionals and significantly contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and steer the overall transformation strategy, ensuring it aligns with defined strategic goals.
• Manage the execution of transformation programs, overseeing scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Track project progress continuously, identify potential risks and issues, and apply necessary mitigation techniques.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams to achieve crucial milestones and successful outcomes.
• Encourage a culture focused on continuous improvement and change management, supporting the adoption of new procedures, tools, and technologies.
• Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels to ensure aligned communication and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in project or program management, especially managing large-scale Oracle Cloud financial transformation programs.
• Proven track record in managing at least three cloud implementation projects within the financial domain, with a minimum of 15 years overall in Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing Oracle Financial modules, along with a robust understanding of the overall Oracle financial suite.
