Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager specialized in Oil & Gas to be based on-site in Ghana. This full-time position requires overseeing and coordinating oil and gas projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Key duties include stakeholder communication, project documentation preparation, progress monitoring, and effective risk and issue management.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with expeditors, logistics, and inspection teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Review and ensure compliance of technical and contractual documentation with industry regulations and company policies.
• Mentor project team members, fostering continuous improvement.
• Assist in enhancing operational efficiency across the oil and gas project portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess 10 to 15+ years of experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Minimum of 5 years managing offshore drilling, wellhead, completion, or related projects.
• Demonstrable skills in project and contract management, client engagement, subcontractor coordination, and cost and schedule control.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
• Required offshore and health, safety, and environment (HSE) certifications applicable to the role.
