Job Overview

We are searching for a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee and guide complex IT Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and ICT projects, ensuring successful completion aligned with predefined scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and client expectations. The role encompasses managing the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with clients, technical teams, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage several complex IT O&M and ICT projects, covering all phases from initiation through closure.
• Create and uphold detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure project delivery conforms with agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with operations teams, technical experts, clients, vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Track project progress and produce regular status updates, dashboards, and reports for management.
• Detect, evaluate, and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Handle project challenges, dependencies, escalations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Administer change requests, from impact analysis and approvals to implementation.
• Coordinate technical activities across IT infrastructure, software, applications, IT Service Management (ITSM), and related environments.
• Assist in resolving operational and project delivery issues.
• Facilitate seamless project handoffs and transitions to operations and support teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, reports, and lessons learned archives.
• Travel within Saudi Arabia as needed to support project execution and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing complex IT, ICT, and Operations & Maintenance projects.
• In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT infrastructure, software and application platforms, enterprise IT operations, and ERP process workflows.
• Expertise in recognized project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budget control, risk management, change management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience overseeing vendors and suppliers.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in challenging environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, reporting, and communication skills at executive levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination aptitude.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• ITIL certification is required.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia.
