Role Overview

Join a strategic investment initiative within the Drug Product Manufacturing sector, contributing comprehensively across the project lifecycle to ensure success in costs, timelines, quality, and functionality.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in planning, managing, and executing a strategic investment project focused on drug product manufacturing.
• Guarantee effective project delivery by monitoring costs, deadlines, quality, and functionality throughout the entire project duration.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, alongside external partners and suppliers.
• Facilitate alignment and communication with both local and global stakeholders to clearly and efficiently execute project goals, priorities, and milestones.
• Oversee project budgets, risks, resource allocation, and progress, initiating corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment (HSE), quality, regulatory, and engineering standards.
• Support technical decisions, concept development, and deployment of sustainable engineering solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the engineering organization.

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical education from HTL, Meister, FH, university, or equivalent in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, biotechnology, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing technical or industrial projects.
• Proven capability in leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, adept at uniting diverse stakeholder groups.
• Comprehensive experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments and familiarity with GxP requirements.

The expected annual base salary ranges from 66918 to 112600 EUR. Compensation is determined equitably based on relevant skills, competencies, and experience, aligned with Novartis's remuneration policies, and subject to regular review post-joining. In addition to the base pay, a performance-based bonus may be granted contingent on defined criteria.
