Project Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role

We seek a motivated Project Manager/Client Manager to join an innovative environment focused on implementing digital solutions such as websites, booking systems, and apps for the hospitality sector. This role involves managing client projects within a supportive team while driving forward-thinking digital products aimed at boosting hotel bookings and guest services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between clients and the internal team, understanding client needs and converting them into actionable tasks.
• Evaluate client requirements, prepare supplementary proposals, and engage clients in discussions.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met successfully.
• Oversee implementation of project requirements by both the team and clients.
• Support operational activities and assist the CEO with organizational duties.
• Contribute actively to the development of a new stealth-mode product, influencing its future direction.

Candidate Profile

• Some experience in project management or client services, preferably related to digital products like websites or booking systems.
• Technical interest and basic understanding of APIs, booking platforms, or web technologies; programming skills are not mandatory.
• Strong organizational abilities with a structured approach to handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with enthusiasm for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
• An inquisitive nature toward the hospitality industry; previous experience is a plus but not essential.
• Fluency in both German and English languages.
