Key Responsibilities
- Actively acquire new clients and establish fresh business relationships.
- Develop and expand existing customer accounts.
- Identify client needs and translate them into appropriate solutions or projects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with consulting and technical departments.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales of IT solutions, software, or IT services.
- Strong acquisition skills and a hunter mindset.
- Understanding of complex or technical IT topics; technical background advantageous but not mandatory.
- Independent, structured, and customer-focused working style.
- Excellent communication skills with professional-level German proficiency and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for personal client engagement.
