Role Overview
As a Project Manager based at the Macquarie Park Head Office, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive in-house team. Your primary responsibility will be managing new build projects and expansions of existing self storage centers and mixed-use developments. This hands-on role engages you from initial tender stages through to construction supervision and project completion, all within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with builders, external consultants, and internal teams throughout project cycles.
- Maintain meticulous project administration and provide accurate reporting.
- Communicate proficiently with multiple stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Demonstrate strong planning and strategic thinking abilities.
- Manage time efficiently while balancing various competing priorities.
- Ensure projects are delivered successfully, meeting all business requirements.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Strong expertise in coordinating with construction and consultancy teams.
- High attention to detail, especially in administrative and reporting tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
- Proven capabilities in strategic project planning and execution.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills under pressure.
