Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee ongoing projects. The individual will collaborate closely with team members to ensure adherence to project requirements, schedules, and deliverables. Responsibilities include managing project communications, preparing status reports, facilitating change management, and ensuring customer satisfaction during project transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all project milestones are met.
• Engage with team members to identify and resolve project issues.
• Ensure submissions of project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Compile and analyze information to prepare regular status reports.
• Develop and implement project communication strategies.
• Manage change requests, communicating their impact on timelines and budgets.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with clients.
• Obtain client acceptance for project outputs.
• Maintain client satisfaction during project handover phases.
• Conduct post-project evaluations highlighting successful and challenged elements.
• Create requirement documents, map user flows, and validate test cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience within the technology sector.
• Proven leadership in managing projects through to successful completion.
• Strong client management and expectation alignment skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of formal project management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to meet project deadlines consistently.
• Excellent communication and writing capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of coding, APIs, or cloud infrastructure to facilitate collaboration with technical teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile frameworks to effectively manage changing priorities and ensure smooth execution.
