The role is based in Coimbatore or Hyderabad and requires 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities

• Assess project feasibility through thorough problem analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and well-commented code to illustrate solutions.
• Design system specifications and develop operational software solutions by following established programming standards.
• Enhance business operations by performing systems analysis and recommending pertinent changes to policies and procedures.
• Manage software licensing by communicating with vendors, advising purchases, and testing/approving software products.
• Stay informed about modern development tools, programming techniques, and new computing technologies.
• Engage in continuing education and review relevant professional materials to remain current in the field.
• Maintain operational security by safeguarding confidential information.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and resolve development and service issues.
• Deliver engineering and organizational goals by completing assigned tasks effectively.
• Develop robust software solutions by understanding user needs, analyzing systems workflows, investigating problems, and strictly following the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Software Engineer or equivalent software developer role.
• Proven capability in team leadership and project management.
• Expertise in designing interactive and responsive applications.
• Proficiency in developing applications using recent versions of Spring Boot.
• Strong command over relational databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks such as JPA and Hibernate.
• Experience in web app development with frameworks like JSF, Wicket, GWT, or Spring MVC.
• Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Experience implementing test-driven development methodologies.
• Comfortable using modern software engineering tools and practices.
• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation for requirements and technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other cloud providers such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API development best practices.
• Active contribution to open-source projects or possessing a strong technical portfolio.
