About the Role
This Boston-based civil construction firm specializes in major infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, airports, and dams under MassDOT contracts. The company values work-life balance, operating typical work hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and actively encourages employees to maintain personal time with an office culture led by senior management that supports leaving work on time.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager / Estimator, you will be responsible for bidding on projects and overseeing them from the office. Supporting roles include superintendents, assistant project managers, and senior leadership. The majority of your work will be conducted on-site at the office.
Requirements
Experience with heavy civil construction projects and a strong understanding of construction processes and ethics are essential. Familiarity with software programs such as B2W, Primavera, and On-Screen Takeoff is desirable but training will be provided. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary up to $150,000/year, with competitive hourly equivalent when factoring work hours
