Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and execution of project plans encompassing schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Oversee project progress and performance monitoring to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to guarantee projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Define project scopes and objectives by engaging all relevant stakeholders and confirming technical feasibility.
• Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies; manage resource availability and allocation effectively.
• Utilize verification methods to control changes in project scope, timeline, and costs.
• Evaluate project performance through suitable tools, systems, and techniques.
• Provide timely reports and escalate critical issues to management as required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure accomplishment of project goals.
• Monitor expenses and promote cost efficiency throughout project lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and deliver regular updates on project status.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget modifications responsively.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on projects.
• Identify and address project challenges proactively.
• Offer technical guidance and support to team members.
• Stay informed and comply with Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health policies and procedures.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Have a minimum of 15 years' experience managing large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects.
• Demonstrate experience with significant government or semi-government programs and project execution.
• Extensive expertise in project management specifically related to water and wastewater works.
• Well-versed in professional project management processes and standards.
• Proven implementation of a zero-accident safety philosophy.
• Established engagement history with government agencies and utility providers.
• Strong organizational and communication competencies.
• Proficient in project management software and related tools.
• Capable of working independently and handling multiple project demands simultaneously under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
