Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle delivery of cybersecurity projects and initiatives. This role ensures project outcomes align with the predetermined objectives related to security, compliance, budget, timeline, quality, and scope, while satisfying customer, stakeholder, and regulatory expectations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver projects meeting agreed scope, schedule, and cost targets without sacrificing safety or quality standards.
• Manage all projects in accordance with the client's Project Methodology, Standards, Processes, and Governance frameworks.
• Oversee and maintain project financials, providing forecasts and reports on Capex and Opex expenditures.
• Provide proactive status updates on assigned projects to key stakeholders and team leaders; coordinate and manage project team efforts via current resource planning and scheduling.
• Identify and address project assumptions, risks, issues, and dependencies, putting effective mitigation strategies in place.
• Implement project quality assurance measures and perform gate checks to minimize risks related to delivery, costs, and quality.
• Carry out stakeholder analysis and develop strong stakeholder engagement plans.
• Ensure thorough completion of project documentation that complies with NFIT standards.
• Foster and support dynamic project teams across various organisational functions to achieve required project and program goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience managing delivery in Energy & Utilities, asset-intensive, or regulated sectors is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects and programs.
• Proficiency delivering initiatives in Agile and hybrid project management environments.
• Experience in data-driven, digital, or platform transformation projects is advantageous.
• Outstanding skills in stakeholder communication and executive engagement.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making.
