Project Manager

Role Overview

FESCO Energy is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Federal and Military Construction projects. The individual will be responsible for managing complex energy and infrastructure assignments, overseeing every stage from project initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project execution including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and documentation control.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and coordinate safety efforts effectively.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and manage change requests thoroughly.
• Keep all project management tools like Procore, schedules, forecasts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and records up to date and ready for audit.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience preferred in federal, military, mission-critical construction projects especially involving electrical, mechanical, solar, microgrids, BESS, generators, controls, or design-build projects.
• Certifications such as OSHA 30, Construction Quality Management (CQM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are advantageous.
