Project Manager - BIM Modeling & Surveying

About the Role

Westline 3D Laser Scanning Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead BIM modeling and surveying initiatives. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with client expectations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage BIM and surveying projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Track project schedules, maintain quality of work, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively while addressing any technical or project-related challenges.
• Guarantee completion of projects that meet client specifications and deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in BIM, surveying, engineering, or construction sectors.
• Proven track record managing both projects and technical teams in relevant fields.
• Familiarity with BIM modeling and/or surveying workflows and processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior work experience in the UAE is advantageous.
