Project Manager - AI & Technology

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager fluent in Arabic and professional English to spearhead the deployment of advanced AI and enterprise technology solutions for leading organizations across the GCC region. This role involves significant client interaction and encompasses the entire project lifecycle—from gathering requirements through design, implementation, integration, launch, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Handle scope definition, requirements management, implementation phases, testing, deployment, and project handover.
• Convert business needs into detailed delivery plans, including milestones and technical workstreams.
• Collaborate with developers, AI/ML engineers, product teams, solution architects, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage system integrations involving CRM, ERP, data platforms, APIs, and other enterprise infrastructure.
• Take charge of timelines, prioritization, dependency tracking, risk management, and communication with stakeholders.
• Lead clients meetings providing transparent updates on progress, challenges, and future steps.
• Support user acceptance testing, deployment phases, onboarding, and encourage user adoption.
• Ensure alignment between the delivered solutions, client's expectations, and technical execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven background as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technology Consultant.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-grade software, SaaS, AI, automation, CRM, ERP, data systems, or similarly complex technology projects.
• Preference given to candidates with vendor-side experience working with enterprise or government clients.
• Confident engaging directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of project scopes, timelines, dependencies, risk factors, and resource allocation.
• Ability to communicate effectively to both technical teams and non-technical clients.
• Experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Adept at working in dynamic, fast-paced settings with initially ambiguous requirements.
• Fluent bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English are mandatory.
• Applicants must currently reside in the UAE.
