Overview
Join a leading Enterprise Program Delivery team to spearhead significant technology and business transformation projects within a major Western Australian government agency. This role offers the chance to manage projects from initiation through completion, coordinating efforts across diverse business and technology teams within structured governance frameworks to achieve impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and essential delivery documentation.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise ICT projects from start to finish.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate coordination among technology and business units to streamline project activities.
- Engage closely with senior stakeholders and business representatives to align project outcomes with business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and orchestrate cross-functional teams to meet delivery expectations.
- Provide consistent project status updates to governance committees.
- Ensure all projects adhere to enterprise delivery frameworks, standards, and organizational priorities.
- Support seamless project delivery within established timelines and objectives.
- Contribute to program stability and ongoing delivery continuity.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing projects within complex ICT environments.
- Proven expertise in comprehensive project delivery, covering scope, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, and managing dependencies.
- Familiarity with structured governance, reporting processes, and project delivery frameworks.
- Strong ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Experience overseeing vendor management and coordinating cross-disciplinary delivery teams.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Capability to prioritize effectively in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Preferred experience working within large or complex organizational structures.
