Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic software company. This role involves leading customer-facing service implementation projects, guiding them from pre-sales through to successful completion. You will collaborate with customers, Sales, Development, and Support teams to define project scope, plan and execute delivery, manage risks and stakeholders, and identify opportunities for additional consulting and revenue-generating services. The position requires hands-on involvement and full ownership of the entire project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have over five years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, software implementation, or roles with direct customer engagement. You will need to be adept at handling scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships while being comfortable diving into detailed delivery requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, supported by a commercial mindset and the ability to operate effectively across multiple teams and business contexts. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies is considered beneficial.
