Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a background in Inspection, Testing, and Certification (TIC) to oversee and drive strategic projects, ensuring operational success and efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities, effective stakeholder engagement, and proficiency in managing budgets and crises to deliver projects that meet deadlines, stay within scope, and adhere to financial plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish project scope, set timelines, define deliverables, and determine necessary resources.
• Guide cross-functional teams to maintain focus on project goals.
• Track project milestones, key performance indicators, financial health, and budgets.
• Detect potential risks and apply suitable mitigation measures.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, control costs, and meet delivery schedules.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and leadership.
• Manage conflict resolution and challenge handling in high-pressure scenarios.
• Adjust project priorities to align with operational and commercial demands.
• Generate project documentation including status reports and performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least five years of experience managing projects.
• Mandatory prior experience in Inspection, Testing, and Certification (TIC) or analogous sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Well-versed in project scheduling, budgeting, and implementation processes.
• Experience within the Oil & Gas industry is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management aptitude.
• Possession of PMP certification or similar credentials is a favorable asset.
