Project Manager

Role Overview

This position involves managing projects related to stormwater drainage, flood mitigation, wastewater systems including treatment plants and pumping stations, as well as water distribution pipelines. Responsibilities cover all phases from investigation and planning to design, tendering, contract administration, and overseeing construction.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Carry out comprehensive investigations and plan infrastructure projects for drainage and wastewater.
• Lead design and tender processes and administer contracts during construction phases.
• Review, verify and monitor design management plans alongside design calculations and hydraulic analyses.
• Evaluate both technical and financial proposals to support project decisions.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with management and project teams daily.
• Manage workload efficiently with meticulous attention to detail and autonomy.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 15 years of professional experience in relevant civil engineering and project management roles.
• Professional chartered engineer certification from a recognized global institution.
• Membership in a certified Project Management body is advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise with water infrastructure including sewers, water mains, RO plants, reservoirs, and related facilities.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
