Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and organised Project Coordinator specialized in infrastructure to join our Riyadh-based team. This permanent position requires overseeing multiple infrastructure projects by meticulously monitoring progress, deliverables, and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, timely deliveries, and effective communication at all levels, contributing to the projects' successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor the status, deliverables, and schedule for all infrastructure projects with accuracy.
- Coordinate efforts between team members, contractors, and stakeholders to promote uninterrupted project advancement.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress updates.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles early, suggesting proactive actions to sustain project momentum.
- Manage allocation of resources and project budgets efficiently, maintaining cost control.
- Facilitate communication across project teams, clients, and senior leadership through regular reports and meetings.
- Assist in drafting and implementing project plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct routine project evaluations and analyze metrics to support ongoing refinement and improvement.
- Organize and archive all project-related communications, contracts, and compliance documents systematically.
- Provide induction support to new team members engaged in infrastructure initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within infrastructure or construction industries.
- Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and departments.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects effectively.
- Advanced analytical skills and a methodical approach to identifying and managing risks.
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining comprehensive project records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials.
- Experience working on infrastructure, construction, or civil engineering projects.
- Understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
- Competence in budget monitoring and financial management within project contexts.
- Exposure to working in the Middle Eastern market or alongside international project teams.
