Role Overview

The IT Project Manager will oversee project planning and delivery to ensure projects complete punctually and comply with agreed specifications and contracts. Key activities include leading meetings, coordinating both internal and external stakeholders, and rigorously tracking deadlines. The role demands proactive initiative, sound judgment, and the capability to professionally challenge unrealistic or out-of-scope requests with reference to contractual obligations. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem solver who anticipates risks, escalates obstacles swiftly, and drives effective resolutions.

Key Qualifications

• Demonstrable proficiency in Project Management encompassing planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
• Experience with expediting processes to ensure timely completion of project activities, material deliveries, and management of external dependencies.
• Capability in conducting inspections to verify that deliverables uphold technical quality and meet compliance standards.
• Preferably skilled in managing technology or software deployment projects, particularly within document or records management fields.
• Strong analytical aptitude, organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with varied internal teams and client stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
