About the Role
An internationally acclaimed architecture and design firm is inviting an experienced Project Manager to join its Dubai-based team. The studio boasts a broad portfolio that includes high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, hospitality venues, cultural buildings, and expansive masterplanning projects. This position provides a chance to engage with technically complex and ambitious developments while collaborating with a worldwide network of architects, designers, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of architectural projects from initial concept through to final completion.
- Serve as the main liaison for clients, maintaining strong communication and relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate efforts among internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects meet time and budget requirements.
- Oversee project schedules, resources, and commercial outcomes.
- Organize and lead project meetings, manage risks proactively, and deliver consistent progress reports.
- Support new business development and nurture existing client partnerships.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Hold a degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated success managing architectural, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects.
- Deep understanding of project execution, consultant engagement, and construction workflows.
- Excellent client communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Commercial acumen combined with strong program and time management capabilities.
- Experience within the UAE or Middle East markets is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with BIM and digital workflows is preferred.
- Project management certification is a bonus, though not mandatory.
