Job Role
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager based in Qatar who will be responsible for overseeing landscaping and agricultural projects throughout all stages—from initiation to delivery. The role requires careful project planning including scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking to ensure timely, budget-compliant completion. The Project Manager will lead site personnel and subcontractors, conduct routine inspections, and enforce safety, quality, and environmental protocols. Key duties involve reporting on project status, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, managing issues and risks, and driving continuous improvements in project delivery and operational processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven expertise in project management encompassing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
- Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agricultural services with thorough knowledge of site activities and field operations.
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication, client engagement, and multidisciplinary team coordination.
- Leadership capability to motivate on-site teams, supervise contractors, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, with timely decision-making skills.
- Educational credentials such as a degree or diploma in civil engineering, landscape architecture, agriculture, or closely related areas.
- Previous project management experience within the Gulf region or comparable environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management software and standard office tools; certifications like PMP are advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Qatar with adaptability to local rules, culture, and environmental conditions.
