About the Role
Become a vital member of our Riyadh-based team as a Project Management Specialist (Associate), supporting every phase of project lifecycles from initial planning to execution, monitoring progress, and finally closing projects. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects remain on schedule, well-documented, and aligned with defined objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables alongside senior management.
- Create and update comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, milestones, and resource usage.
- Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external vendors to facilitate efficient execution.
- Track project progress and deliver frequent updates to stakeholders.
- Detect risks and challenges within projects and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
- Promote transparent communication among project participants to clarify roles and expectations.
- Help oversee budget monitoring, expense documentation, and procurement tasks.
- Maintain project-related documentation, such as meeting minutes and action item logs.
- Support evaluations after project completion and compile lessons to improve future workflows.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 and 3 years of project coordination or management experience, inclusive of internships.
- Fundamental knowledge of project methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and PMBOK guide.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience working with project management platforms such as Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Excellent attention to detail paired with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of CAPM or PMP certification is favorable, though not mandatory.
- Knowledge of the Arabic language is advantageous.
