About the Role

Become a vital member of our Riyadh-based team as a Project Management Specialist (Associate), supporting every phase of project lifecycles from initial planning to execution, monitoring progress, and finally closing projects. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects remain on schedule, well-documented, and aligned with defined objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables alongside senior management.
  • Create and update comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, milestones, and resource usage.
  • Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external vendors to facilitate efficient execution.
  • Track project progress and deliver frequent updates to stakeholders.
  • Detect risks and challenges within projects and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
  • Promote transparent communication among project participants to clarify roles and expectations.
  • Help oversee budget monitoring, expense documentation, and procurement tasks.
  • Maintain project-related documentation, such as meeting minutes and action item logs.
  • Support evaluations after project completion and compile lessons to improve future workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Between 1 and 3 years of project coordination or management experience, inclusive of internships.
  • Fundamental knowledge of project methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and PMBOK guide.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience working with project management platforms such as Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail paired with a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of CAPM or PMP certification is favorable, though not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the Arabic language is advantageous.
