Project Engineer (Offshore) - Electrical & Communication

Position Overview

Penspen is seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a background in Electrical & Communication engineering and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) expertise in contract administration, coordination, and project support for onshore oil and gas projects. This role is based at the PMS project in Alkhafji, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Head and/or Senior Project Engineer, as applicable.
• Collaborate closely with all design and construction disciplines throughout the Tendering, Design, and Construction phases.
• Perform delegated tasks as assigned by the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of ten years’ experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination, and project support activities specifically for onshore projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards, procedures, and practices is advantageous.
• Experience with construction and commissioning phases is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering relevant to the field.
