About the Role
Join Aristocrat, a world-leading company in gaming content and technology dedicated to bringing joy through play. As a Project Coordinator, you'll be integral to ensuring that projects proceed smoothly and efficiently while supporting the Project Manager to achieve perfect execution across software, hardware, and implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager daily to facilitate seamless project delivery.
- Gather and analyze management data to support strategic decision-making.
- Delegate tasks and collaborate with the team to overcome any obstacles.
- Manage project schedules, identifying and communicating risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate procurement activities and liaise with the procurement manager on issues.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives are met.
- Maintain communication with key project stakeholders and decision makers.
- Monitor project progress and keep all relevant parties informed.
- Regularly update project documentation and plans.
- Implement and maintain procedures to secure sensitive data.
Candidate Profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly.
- Basic knowledge of project management methods and tools.
- Ability to promote and explain services to collaborators.
- Competency in relationship management, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
- Capability to stay focused and perform under tight deadlines.
