Job description
About the Role
The Ministry of Justice's Shared Services team, part of Digital, supports collaboration and productivity tools organization-wide, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Power Platform, and Microsoft Exchange. We serve Courts and Tribunals with digital services enhancements. We seek a full-time permanent Project Coordinator to assist project workstreams in Productivity & Collaboration Services, collaborating closely with Project Managers and leadership to ensure effective customer-centered project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project finances including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Support preparation of governance and project documentation.
- Assist in scheduling and broader project planning activities.
- Help manage project risks and issues.
- Develop and foster strong working relationships within the digital division and team.
Required Skills and Experience
- Background in project coordination or working in an ICT or digital project environment.
- Experience supporting digital or technological initiatives within a structured, governance-led framework.
- Proven ability to handle financial systems, budgeting, and financial reporting tasks.
- Customer-focused support with a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
- Capability to operate effectively in large, complex, evolving organizations.
- Desirable: PRINCE2 qualification.

Salary and Application Details
