Job Overview
We seek a motivated Project Architect with 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, and technical excellence, and be passionate about delivering innovative architectural projects from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate Good For Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Develop architectural designs along with comprehensive construction documentation.
- Collaborate efficiently with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure project coherence.
- Oversee project timelines, progress, and adherence to deliverables.
- Conduct periodic site visits to verify that design intent and quality standards are achieved.
- Engage in client meetings and project presentations to communicate design developments.
- Work closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree is mandatory.
- 3 to 6 years of pertinent experience in architectural roles.
- Robust technical proficiency and thorough knowledge of construction processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Skilled in managing projects from initial concept through to implementation.
- High attention to detail and a strong dedication to quality outcomes.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with hospitality, residential, commercial, or high-rise development projects is advantageous.
Software and Technical Requirements
Proficiency in recognized architectural software tools and a keen understanding of construction detailing are essential for this role.
