Role Overview

We seek a seasoned leader to oversee extensive hyperscale and mission-critical Data Centre programs, serving as a trusted consultant to clients and championing excellence in project delivery. This role entails managing complex Data Centre projects from strategic inception to execution, drawn from a background in PMC, construction consultancy, or client-side environments. You will also contribute actively to client engagement, regional market expansion, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale Data Centre programs across the region.
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor and senior client liaison for major accounts.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with developers, hyperscalers, investors, and delivery partners.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams including project management, controls, commercial management, planning, risk, and reporting.
• Oversee governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement within programs.
• Ensure program outcomes meet cost, schedule, quality, and operational readiness targets.
• Guide strategic planning during project phases including procurement, design, and construction.
• Lead internal teams and supplier partners to achieve high-quality, consistent results.
• Support account planning and regional growth strategy execution.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing and potential clients.
• Contribute to bids, proposals, presentations, and overall business development efforts.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region.
• Mentor and develop future organizational leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven record managing major capital projects, particularly in Data Centres delivering hyperscale or mission-critical facilities.
• Extensive experience in Project Management Consultancy, construction consultancy, or client-side delivery environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex programs valued over $500 million.
• Experience engaging with international clients at the executive stakeholder level.
• Strong background in business development, account management, and client growth initiatives.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Membership in professional institutions such as APM, RICS, CIOB, PMI, ICE or equivalents is highly desirable.
• Experience working within the Middle East market is an advantage.
