About The Opportunity
- Lead the information and communications technology delivery for a significant, nationally impactful infrastructure programme.
- Manage and own the integrated programme plan that spans several technology workstreams.
- Coordinate efforts and collaborate with diverse delivery partners including vendors, original equipment manufacturers, and specialized suppliers.
- Drive programme outcomes while managing dependencies, evolving requirements, and complex scenarios.
- Ensure the programme is prepared for a secure transition into operational use and service readiness.
What You'll Bring
- Over 10 years of senior-level programme leadership experience working in complex, multifaceted environments.
- Expertise in strong governance, integrated planning, risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies (RAID) management.
- Proven background in vendor relations, procurement processes, and contract administration.
- Accountability for budget ownership including forecasting, financial control, and managing change.
- Experience with infrastructure projects, systems integration, cybersecurity, or related fields.
