Job Overview
The Program Manager will oversee the daily planning, coordination, governance, and delivery activities across several workstreams and business units. The role demands effective management of milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful program completion.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including schedules and delivery milestones.
- Facilitate coordination among business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Monitor and control risks, issues, dependencies, and manage escalations promptly.
- Generate governance documentation and provide executive-level status updates.
- Track delivery progress, budget adherence, resource allocation, and quality standards.
- Ensure that all activities align with program goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of experience in program or project management roles.
- Proven track record managing large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives.
- In-depth understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), and practical experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, cloud environments, and data governance.
- Competent using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or their equivalents.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, governance frameworks, risk management, and delivery oversight.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Background in AI, data analytics, cloud computing, or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledgeable in Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, and Cybersecurity concepts.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, SAFe, or Agile methodologies are advantageous.
- Experience with Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS platforms.

- Detailed registers tracking risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Governance documentation and reports for steering committees.
